These terms apply when you browse or buy from Emarati. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and any policies linked on our website.

Products

We try to show product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, images, pricing, and stock accurately. Packaging may vary by supplier batch. Fragrance descriptions are subjective and for guidance only.

Orders and acceptance

Order confirmation means we received your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders affected by stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or delivery restrictions.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before dispatch. Promotions and discount codes may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Delivery

Delivery is handled under our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when goods are delivered to the address you provide, unless the carrier was arranged by you separately.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellation, faulty goods, and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
