Emarati is a trading name operated from Birmingham, United Kingdom.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur and we reserve the right to correct them.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order placement is the price you will be charged.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All payments must be received in full before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free Standard Shipping: On all UK orders over £40.
Standard Shipping: £3.95 for orders under £40 (2–4 business days).
Next Day Delivery: £6.99 — order by 11am, Monday to Thursday.
Saturday Delivery: £14.99 via Royal Mail.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
Perfumes, body sprays, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
