Shipping Policy
Delivery information for Emarati orders, including processing, tracking, missed delivery, damaged parcels, and international charges.
Dispatch
Orders are usually processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busy periods, launches, or sale events, dispatch can take longer.
UK delivery
Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch, not after order placement.
Free delivery
Where free delivery is offered, the threshold and service shown at checkout apply. If an order is returned and no longer qualifies for free delivery, delivery charges may be deducted where allowed.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering complete and correct delivery details. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
Missed or failed delivery
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was missed, refused, or the address was incomplete, we may ask you to pay redelivery costs or deduct reasonable costs from any refund.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated or delivery is overdue, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We may need to wait for carrier investigation before replacing or refunding.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging, inner packaging, and item before disposal. Contact us within 48 hours where possible.
International delivery
If international delivery is available at checkout, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import charges, and local restrictions unless stated otherwise.
