At Emarati, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Please review our shipping options and delivery information below.

2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
- Orders placed before 11am (Monday to Thursday) with Next Day Delivery selected will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 11am or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Information
- We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave it with a neighbour, in a safe place, or leave a card with collection/redelivery instructions.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
5. Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for the latest status update.
- Check with neighbours or look for a delivery card from the courier.
- If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at sales@emarati.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Perfumes & Fragrance Shipping
Perfumes and fragrance products are classified as regulated goods. All our perfume shipments are handled in compliance with UK shipping regulations for flammable liquids. Items are carefully packaged to prevent breakage and leakage during transit.
