Overview

We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. This policy explains change-of-mind returns, damaged items, faulty goods, refunds, and exchanges.

14-day cancellation right

For most online purchases, UK customers may tell us they want to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. After telling us, goods should be returned within 14 days.

This right is separate from your rights for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

For health and hygiene protection, sealed perfumes, oils, cosmetics, personal care items, and similar goods can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in original resaleable condition, unless faulty or misdescribed. Personalised, made-to-order, or final-sale items may also be excluded where allowed by law.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, leaking, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours where possible with your order number and clear photos. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return condition

Returned items must include original packaging, seals, accessories, and proof of purchase. Please pack fragrance items carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise. For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items, we will provide a fair remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take extra time to show the funds. Standard outbound delivery may be refunded where required by law; upgraded delivery may not be refunded above standard rate.
