Refund & Returns Policy

At Emarati, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Perfumes and Eau de Parfum (once sprayed or seal broken)
- Body sprays and deodorants
- Hair mists
- Perfume oils
- Any personal care or hygiene product
- Gift sets (if any individual item has been opened)
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for all confirmed damaged or faulty items, including return shipping costs.
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at sales@emarati.co.uk or via WhatsApp at +44 7460 440702 with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our team to approve your return and provide a return address.
- Ship the item back securely in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, faulty product).
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company — refunds can sometimes take time to be officially posted.
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at sales@emarati.co.uk.
